With over 25 years of experience as a Global Human Resources Leader, she brings a delicate balance of proven strategies and creative solutions to HR for companies at every stage from startup to post-IPO. She founded The HRRx on the belief that delivering timely innovative client solutions will maximize your greatest asset—people.
Ms. Ferrari is a proven global human resources executive, advisor, instructor, coach, and keynote speaker. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of LaVerne; she is certified as a Global Human Resource Professional (GPHR), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and an accredited facilitator for the Five Behaviors.  Helena is also a strong supporter of The Executive Next Practices, University of California Irvine, Working Wardrobes, Irvine Valley College, and NHRA Rising Star Program.
