Ms. Ferrari is a proven global human resources executive, advisor, instructor, coach, and keynote speaker. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the University of LaVerne; she is certified as a Global Human Resource Professional (GPHR), a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and an accredited facilitator for the Five Behaviors. Helena is also a strong supporter of The Executive Next Practices, University of California Irvine, Working Wardrobes, Irvine Valley College, and NHRA Rising Star Program.
